Unsere Erasmus+-Reise im September 2025 führte uns nach Ängelholm, Schweden.

Eine Zusammenfassung unserer Erlebnisse zeigen Tagebucheinträge, Fotos sowie Ausarbeitungen der beteiligten SchülerInnen:

Monday

We arrived at Ängelholm, got to the school at about 1p.m. and then had our first lesson with our Swedish partner students. Afterwards we had time to get to know and befriend them at a real swedish fika. The cinnamon buns were still warm and just amazing. In the late afternoon we had some free time, to relax or explore the city. Me and my friends went to the Supermarket ICA and tried some local drinks and sweets. In the evening our teachers took us to a restaurant for dinner and there we could exchange our experiences of the day.

23th.September.2025- Tuesday

Today we had a normal day at school and at the schwedish lesson, we had to do an exercise and prepare a presentation about our school and about our German lessons. Later we ate lunch there. After school we visited the Kullaberg with a beautiful view. We saw a lot of mushrooms. After the hike the teacher gave us some time to relax und eat some cookies. We talked a lot with our Swedish friends about family and other stuff. After the hike we went back to the city and had a little time to rest. Then we all went out and got our own food and ate dinner together. Of course we had to invite our Sweden friends, but they had to bring their own food. As we ate our food, we had great conversations with our friends. We then decided to go to a candy store in town. After that we all went home.

This day was one of my favorites in Sweden. Our first lesson was Social Science, where the teacher kindly translated everything for us while discussing different models of democracy, which I found both fascinating and very important in today’s world. We also had Environmental studies, Swedish, and Biotechnology, where we analyzed the results of our bacteria cultures and clearly saw how well antibiotics work. During Swedish class, we presented our Austrian school system and our German lessons to the students. In the late afternoon, all of us Austrian students went with the teachers to the beach. The place was breathtaking: the sand was covered with countless shells, we watched a stunning sunset over the sea, and we could even see Denmark in the distance. The walk back through the forest was just as magical, first through a birch forest, which later turned into a mixed forest, with colorful mushrooms, old twisted branches, and an atmosphere of calm and peace.

Thursday:

Our day started with an english lesson which was boring too, but atleast we didn’t have to do much. Although we then got into the school bus and drove to a moose park, where we were able to feed some moose and even bisons. The moose very so cute. The bisons looked relativly scary, but were also really friendly. They also had a little petting zoo with goats. This part was my favourite of the whole week, because there was one baby goat that suddenly decided to jump onto my back and just stand there for a while. The other baby goats then wanted to cuddle with me and they were all so cute and sweet. At 3 p.m we were back at Ängelholm, just to get to the train station to go to Helsingborg, so we could go shopping for a little. And since it was our last day we ate dinner at a nice little burger restaurant.

Friday

Today we packed our suitcases after breakfast and left them at the hotel. We had math class in the morning and spent time talking with the Swedish students. For lunch, we ate separately because the Swedish students had a physics test. We therefore had to say goodbye before lunch. It was sad, but I’m already looking forward when to March when the Swedish students come to visit us in Vienna. At 1 PM, we took the train from Ängelholm to Copenhagen, and then we flew back home to Vienna. It was the end of a wonderful trip.
