Durch die neu erworbenen Kenntnisse setzen sie sich in weiterer Folge mit relevanten Themen, wie zum Beispiel Ern\u00e4hrung, Gesundheitslehre, Medizin, Biotechnologie, Klimawandel, Diversit\u00e4t und Landwirtschaft, auseinander.<\/p>\n<p>Anhand der Methodenvielfalt im Unterricht durch forschendes Lernen, Begegnungen mit der Natur und interaktives Erarbeiten von biologischen Inhalten werden die F\u00e4higkeiten und Fertigkeiten naturwissenschaftlichen Arbeitens gef\u00f6rdert. Planen und Durchf\u00fchren von Experimenten, genaues Beobachten, klares Beschreiben, sachgerechte Darstellungen, Pr\u00e4sentieren und Interpretieren sind Kompetenzen, die durch das Unterrichtsfach Biologie und Umweltbildung angeeignet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Anhand der Besch\u00e4ftigung mit den Lebewesen und den Lebensvorg\u00e4ngen erkennen die Sch\u00fcler und Sch\u00fclerinnen die Bedeutung der Natur und entwickeln Verantwortung f\u00fcr ihr Handeln als Teil der Gesellschaft und des gro\u00dfen Netzwerkes dieser Erde.<\/p>\n<p>Aktuelle Zukunftsfragen etablieren die Biologie immer mehr zur Leitwissenschaft des 21. Jahrhunderts. Das Interesse an biologischen Themen und umweltkritischer Auseinandersetzung, in Verbindung mit pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrungen, erh\u00e4lt die Neugier am Fach Biologie und
